Created elevated design solutions from briefing to implementation for the email channel aligning seamlessly with the iconic Crate & Barrel brand. I contributed daily to the evolution of Crate & Kids while consistently providing rapid and effective solutions that led to an increase in send volume and overall CRM metrics. My design solutions played a pivotal role in significantly enhancing engagement levels, ORs, CTRs and ultimately sales in collaboration with the amazingly talented teams at Crate.
